Massage Offerings
Prenatal Massage
offers a nurturing and therapeutic way to relieve the everyday discomforts that can arise during and after pregnancy—such as back pain, neck tension, leg cramps, headaches, and swelling. Beyond physical relief, regular sessions can enhance circulation, reduce stress hormones, and support emotional well-being, helping to create a more balanced and comfortable pregnancy experience while also lowering the risk of postpartum depression.
Induction Massage techniques can be included at the end of any full-body session at no extra charge. Because every body responds differently and the results can’t be guaranteed, I prefer to offer this support as a complimentary addition to your care. 39 weeks+

Postpartum Massage
offers all the benefits of a prenatal massage to help restore ease and comfort after birth. Relaxation is a therapeutic benefit of massage and can be a main focus of postpartum massage. Supporting the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being of the mother are the goals during the session. Postpartum belly massage is recommended, but only upon request.

Deep tissue - Pain-Free
massage is designed to relieve pain, decrease muscle tension, increase mobility throughout the body, and aide with recovery from repetitive movements. This type of massage is extremely beneficial because it reaches the deepest layers of muscles, fascia (connective tissue) and tendons.
Swedish
massage is a classic stress-relieving, medium pressure technique, using varied strokes of gliding and kneading to promote relaxation and circulation.
Infant Massage Instruction
is a valuable way for families to strengthen their bond with their baby while becoming more attuned to their baby’s cues and communication. At the same time, it offers parents a hands-on practice that can support better sleep for their baby, ease symptoms of postnatal depression, encourage meaningful interaction, and lower stress levels for both parent and child. I guide parents by modeling each technique on a doll while parents follow along hands-on with their baby. Three 45 minute sessions once a week.
